    www.dailycamera.com - The Reporter (a registered DEM) implies in the headline that it is an individual, rather than Colorado election statute itself (CRS 1-4-604, 1-13-105,1-13-107, 1-13-111), that casts the shadow over the right of two Commissioners (both DEMs) to hold office.
    The Longmont Times-Call published the same article here but the comments are different.
    If a future court case showed the election of Commissioners Jones and Gardner to be invalid then all of their past decisions, as Commissioners, would also be invalidated.
